Which areas do you service?
We service LA County, Orange, Ventura, Inland Empire.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes! You can make changes, however it must be done at least 2 months before your order is scheduled to go out.
Is there a charge for delivery?
Yes. The delivery feei s based on zip code and bulk of order.
What happens if an item breaks?
We offer an optional insurance (15% of your total rental) to cover any accidental damage, but not loss of any items. It does not cover damage due to Renter's neglect, misus or abuse of equipment.
Do I get credit if I do not use an item?
Unfortunately, NO. You ar paying for time out on the item.
Do I have to wash dishes and glasses afte I use them?
NO! You are not required to was your items. However, We ask that you RINSE them off and return them food free.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes, there is a 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. If event is less than a month away from time of booking FULL balance is due at time of booking.
How far in advance do I have to place my order?
There is not set time, but it depends on the availablity of the items you want and when you need them. The earliler the better. You can't plan too far in advance
